Dr. Akpofure Rim-Rukeh, PhD - Managing Director / CEO

Position: Managing Director / CEO

Dr. Rim-Rukeh received his PhD degree in Chemical Engineering with bias for Environmental Engineering and Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion. His research and development interest has seen him publish nearly 40 articles in scientific journals (local and international) and presented over 22 communications in a number of International and Local conferences.

In the industrial field, he has engaged in environmental consultancy activities particularly for Nigerian Agip Oil Company, other oil and gas and related industries in the Niger Delta, Nigeria.

Akpofure Rim-Rukeh is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, London.
He is the President of Ovu Foundation, an NGO promoted to Educational Empowerment.

Akpofure continues to be actively involved in environmental research projects, scientific papers, and professional activities for the oil and gas sector and related industries.

Dr. Akpofure Rim-Rukeh’s rich experience includes but not limited to the following projects:

PROJECT: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the construction of Rumuji to Bonny gas transmission (GTS -4) pipeline.

Mr. Friday A. Ebojoh - Director

Position: Director

Mr. Ebojoh, a chartered accountant and banker, is an alumnus of the University of Lagos where studied Accounting. He subsequently acquired other skills and competences through local and international training programs.

He has over two decades experience in both the public and private sectors, particularly in the financial services sector where he held several executive positions.

Mr. Ebojoh is a member of the board of directors of Consolidated-Hallmark Risk Insurers Limited, one of the foremost new generation insurance companies in Nigeria and President of Trifex Limited, a consulting and advisory firm focusing on treasury optimization, operations efficiency and risk management. He is a long standing member of Ikoyi Club 1938 and Island Club Lagos.

Mr. Ebojoh brings to the board his diverse experience from the financial sector especially in the area of financing the Oil and Gas businesses.
